Writing Prompt:

Set a wellness ritual you’d like to set whenever you’re feeling off, or one you’d like to adopt daily.


Having a ritual prepared for when you're feeling bored, uninspired, sad, heartbroken is an easy path to changing the way you feel into something more positive. When I'm feeling heartbroken, I have a book of compiled notes and quotes on my phone that snaps me out of it. When I'm feeling uninspired or aimless I know exactly what to do to get myself on the right path again. Here's the trick though, you have to figure out what works best for you.
